Dr. John Morrow, Medical Director:

Dr. John Morrow has been practicing family medicine for over 35 years. After he and his wife, Denise, returned from Kenya where they served as medical missionaries, Dr. Morrow practiced family medicine in Austin for 30 years and then he and Denise moved to Conroe in 2018 to be close to family. He has worked with Josh and Gwendolyn DuBose for five years. 


Dr. Morrow attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston and completed his family medicine residency at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Lubbock. 


Dr. Morrow is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Academy Family Physicians and Texas Medical Association. While working in Austin, he received the John McGovern/Texas Medical Foundation Champion of Health and the Humanitarian of the Year/Travis County Medical Society. Both were for the development of the Hope Clinic and Get Up Project that serve the underinsured, uninsured and political and religious refugees residing in Central Texas.


In their spare time, John and Denise like to garden, hike, bird watch, and spend time with their children and grandchildren.
